He didn’t make payment to transporter in which my house hold items were sent and now after 2 months has been lapses he still not deliver my goods and also not make payment to truck driver and theft my goods. Moreover now I don’t know where my goods and he blocked my number. Don’t ever trust on national Packers group jodhpur he has criminal record and after booking he blocked your number ask for advance payment and then blocked your no and run away. Ek no ka harami insan hai ye isne sab ke saman chori kiye or paise v leke gayav hai.

Worst experience i have ever faced. The person dnt know how to talk with customer. Also it’s very cheap also demanding money on every single even like send 1000 2000 n all .also the invoice is not given at all

Worst experience of my life! Stay away from this packer and its proprietor, Lovely Sagar. Don’t fall for the paid reviews. Only use his services if you have strong police contacts.

Detailed version:-

We approached *National Packers* and its proprietor, *Lovely Sagar*, based on Google reviews and their website. My friends and I needed to shift our belongings (bike, books, washing machine, fridge, and AC) from Jodhpur to Kerala. What followed was an absolute nightmare.

Here’s what I faced:

1. The phone numbers listed on his website as “branch contacts” belong to random, unrelated packers.

2. He falsely claimed to have direct truck services from Jodhpur to Kerala. He does not own any trucks.

3. He quotes an amount initially but later calls, pretending to have a sick relative or urgent financial issues, crying over the phone to extract an advance payment. If you pay, you’re trapped.

4. After packing, he demands an extra ₹3,000, claiming he’s operating at a loss. If you refuse, he acts emotionally, making you feel guilty enough to pay at least ₹1,000 extra.

5. Instead of transporting the goods himself, he hands them over to a cheaper third-party transporter without care. For instance, he charged me ₹8,000 for bike transportation but gave it to another transporter for ₹4,000.

6. He charges ₹2,000 for insurance and tracking but never provides any details.

7. He promised delivery within seven days, but even after **50 days, I hadn’t received my bike**. The next day after pickup, he started lying—claiming it was sent when it wasn’t. He had used my money elsewhere, leaving my belongings unattended in Jodhpur.

8. Out of 100 calls, he might answer one, only to tell more lies—saying the shipment is in Bangalore when it never even left Jodhpur. Meanwhile, he keeps asking for more money.

9. He eventually stopped answering my calls. If I called from a different number, he would pick up, but the moment he recognized my voice, he’d disconnect.

10. After a **month of waiting**, I had to file a **police complaint** to retrieve my belongings. We found my bike **still sitting in Jodhpur, abandoned, with a flat tire**.

11. Due to strict police action, he was forced to hand over my items to another transporter (since he owns none). He had taken ₹8,000 from me but only paid the transporter ₹1,000.

12. Even after filing a **consumer court case and another police complaint**, he only refunded ₹2,000, leaving ₹1,000 unpaid.

13. My other belongings arrived, but my **washing machine was completely damaged**. When I asked for the insurance papers (for which I had already paid), he **demanded more money** but never provided them.

Final summary:-

Lovely Sagar, the proprietor of *National Packers*, is **unethical, unprofessional, and a fraud**. This was the worst experience of my life. Thanks to my friends and the Jodhpur police for helping me recover my belongings after **1.5 months of stress. Der are many good authentic transporters available.

I still haven’t received my bike, but I’m relieved that my items are now in safer hands—**far away from National Packers**. **Avoid them at all costs!**

Never book any services from him he has taken the amount for shifting in advance from us and after taking the advance he has stopped picking our calls and now he is not even refunding our amount. He is a fraud person. All the reviews here are either paid or fake.
